Returns and Exchanges
CreamRight is committed to providing the highest quality culinary products to professional and amateur chefs alike. In the event our products don't perform as expected, you may return the product for replacement or refund.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met.
Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund Requirements
The following criteria should be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
To ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Products may be returned to CreamRight within 30 days of purchase if original packaging is unopened. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Buyer will be responsible for all actual shipping costs and refunds are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs may exceed the amount of shipping charges originally charged on the order. As an example, if you were given "Free Shipping" on your order and decide to return this order, you will be charged the actual shipping fees. If you see that the package is delivered damaged, please do not accept it from UPS. If you have taken delivery of damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately and we initiate an investigation with the carrier and will replace your order.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
