How do I use nitrous oxide (N2O) chargers?
Making delicious whip cream with our nitrous oxide chargers and dispensers is extremely easy. Nitrous Oxide gas is used in the preparation of whipped cream recipes and other foam creations like espuma and mousse desserts. The "stabilizing agents" in the liquid bind with the nitrous oxide to create a foam. These stabilizing agents are the milk fat, gelatin, or some other fat-based food material. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring gas in the air we breathe, and in fact accounts for approximately 80% of our atmosphere. This gas is responsible for binding to the milk fats when you prepare the whipped cream with a whisk. The whip cream canisters and nitrous oxide chargers we sell make the process much easier, more consistent with each preparation, and are eco-friendly eliminating single-use cannisters. Each charger contains up to 8 grams of pure, food-grade nitrous oxide which is adequate for up to 1 pint of liquid whipping cream. How do I use carbon dioxide (CO2) chargers (seltzer chargers)?
The soda chargers on our website are for making carbonation (bubbles) in water and other beverages. They provide an easy and satisfying way to create high-quality soda water. One trick to success is to charge the water, agitate (shake) and let it sit in the refrigerator a couple of hours to achieve effervescence. Results are also improved if you can cool the water before infusion. Detailed instructions about the use of carbon dioxide seltzer chargers and soda siphons are included with every order.
Products may be returned to CreamRight within 30 days of purchase if original packaging is unopened. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Buyer will be responsible for all actual shipping costs and refunds are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs may exceed the amount of shipping charges we originally charged for the order. As an example, if you were given "Free Shipping" on your order and decide to return this order, you will be charged the actual shipping fees. If you see that the package is delivered damaged, please do not accept it from UPS. If you have taken delivery of damaged merchandise, please contact us at cs@creamright.com immediately and we initiate an investigation with the carrier and will replace your order.
Is it safe to buy on your site?
People are often understandably nervous about submitting credit card and personal information online. However, if a website is complying with applicable security protocols, buying online is safer than giving your credit card to a restaurant or physical retail store. Creamright.com maintains an extremely high level of security to ensure that your data is not compromised. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have strict physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We use industry-accepted secure data transmission protocols which ensures that your data is encrypted before it is transmitted. You can view our security certificate by double-clicking the lock icon on any one of our secure web pages. Creamright uses 3rd party testing companies to test our site and server regularly for known security threats. Personal information is stored on our secure servers, facilitating reorders from our company on our website, with a phone call, or email if desired.
What about my privacy? Do you share my personal information?
We do not sell or share your information with anyone or any other companies. Your privacy is important to us and we will not share your information with any other company unless you give us your permission. To better protect your privacy and understanding of our procedures, we make an online privacy policy available on our website. If you have submitted an online order with our web store, from time to time, we may send you email communications that includes recipes and discounts on select items. You can easily unsubscribe from our emails with the click of a button.
Cookies are small pieces of text stored on a user's computer by a web browser. For our website to function correctly, it may to place a cookie on your computer to effectively communicate with our web store. During your first visit to CreamRight's website, you will be prompted for the level of cookie deployment you feel comfortable with. Operational cookies are not optional as they permit the website to function.
Our normal shipping carriers are UPS or FedEx, however we also ship via the U.S. Postal Service under certain circumstances. Transit costs and time depend on where you are and what you are ordering. If you live in an area that is not serviced by UPS or FedEx, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Please understand, this may add a bit of time to the order processing. Can I make arrangements to have the order sent to my P.O. Box?
Yes. We can deliver your order by regular postal mail, but there will usually be extra shipping charges (depending on the weight) so you'll need to phone our store to make these arrangements or send us an email.
How much are your shipping and handling fees?
We do not charge our customers "handling" fees, we charge only the actual costs we spend in sending your order to you. Orders that exceed $100.00 will not be charged any shipping fees at all! To determine shipping costs, you will need to add all items to your shopping cart that you intend to purchase and begin the checkout process. You will enter a secure area of our website, and you will enter your billing and shipping address information. Before you enter any payment information, the shopping cart will display shipping costs. The reason we require this is because our system is communicating the weight information to the selected delivery service to generate the costs to ship your order to you.
How quickly will my order be sent to me?
Your order will normally be sent by UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS either the same day or the following business day, depending on when you placed your order. We typically process all orders received by 4:00pm Eastern Time the same business day. If we cannot process your order right away, we will email you and give you the option of canceling your order. It normally will take 2-5 business days to receive your product after your order has been processed. After your order is processed and the shipment received by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment's progress. Please note if your order contains our compressed gas product it can only be shipped via ground transport by UPS or FedEx. Air shipping and USPS is not available for compressed gas products.
Will I receive a tracking number?
If we ship using our normal shipper, you should receive a notification from the shipper with a tracking number and a delivery date. Within 24 hours of processing, you will be able to locate a tracking number and anticipate delivery times. As soon as your order ships, your package will be issued a tracking number and the status of your will be available on-line either from the shipper's website or on the order status page once you log in. However, because our warehouse ships until very late in the afternoon, it may be possible that a shipment confirmation email with related tracking info is not sent to you until the business morning after your order has shipped.

Can I get "Rush Shipping" from your store?
If you are ordering compressed gas products, shipping by air or USPS is not possible due to the restrictions governing air transport and USPS. Please contact us by sending an email to cs@creamright.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
In most states, sales tax will be added to your order upon checkout. Each state has different Nexus rules governing online eCommerce purchases. Please note that if your state requires us to charge sales tax on your order, it will be automatically calculated and included as you check out and pay for your order.
What kind of packaging will my order arrive in?
We try to ensure that your order arrives to you in the same condition as when we ship it. We have learned that proper packing of the chargers is paramount, therefore we either wrap the boxes in bubble wrap or provide "double boxing" with plenty of padding. If you determine that your package has been damaged in shipment, please do not accept the order from the shipper (if possible). Otherwise, please phone us so that we can make arrangements to exchange your order.
Do you offer any free shipping?
Yes. If you live in the continental United States, we offer free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more on most items on our website. This offers tremendous savings and is another way we try to clearly communicate that there will be no surprises when you make a purchase on our website.
Can I pick up my order from UPS or FedEx?
Yes. We can send your order to the nearest UPS or FedEx facility where you can pick up your package with a valid photo ID. You will need to identify the most convenient address of the UPS facility. You can obtain this information by simply calling your local UPS or FedEx location. When you place the order online, just use the UPS or FedEx facility address for the "Shipping Address", and for "Company Name", please put "UPS/FedEx: Hold for Pickup". We will put a special label on the package. You will be required to provide identification when you pick up the package.
We accept all major credit cards and other forms of payment including Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, etc. As with all orders, we reserve the right to verify our customers' payments. Debit cards process in the same way as a credit card provided it has the same logo as one of the major credit cards.
Are there any hidden costs?
Unlike other companies, we try to tell you all costs up front. We bill you for ACTUAL shipping costs only for orders under $100.00, and we pay for all shipping costs on orders of $100 or more.
With proper care, nitrous oxide chargers are extremely safe. Never open the Nitrous Oxide, Carbon Dioxide, or Nitrogen chargers with any type of device not approved for dispensing these compressed gases. It could be dangerous! Always keep both chargers and dispensers out of the reach of children. Never dispose of full chargers; you must always empty them first. Temperatures of chargers should never exceed 50° Celsius or 122° Fahrenheit. Always empty the dispensers before you open the top for cleaning as they may be under pressure.
Can I recycle N2O, CO2, and N2 chargers?
The CO2 (for seltzer), N2 (for nitro-coffee/beer) and N2O (for whipped cream) chargers are made of steel and can be recycled. We encourage you to your local recycling program with any specific questions regarding their safe disposal.
Can I "overcharge" the dispensers with nitrous oxide chargers and whipped cream?
The dispensers are typically intended to hold between 1/2 to 2 1/2 pints of liquid and 1 to 2 chargers, depending on the size of your dispenser and the type of food you are attempting to infuse. The typical yield of finished whipped cream is between 2 and 6 times the amount of liquid you use. If you "overfill" or "overcharge" the dispenser, you risk losing liquid through the gasket at the lid and possibly damaging the bottle. Typically, the pressure in the dispenser bottle will attain the same pressure as the charger and you will not be able to add more gas, but we recommend you only charge the bottles with one or two charger cartridges, perhaps 3 in a quart size whipper. If you are using liquids with gelatin or other stabilizing agents, you might need more than nitrous oxide whip cream chargers to achieve the proper balance.
