CreamRight offers refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in unopened original packaging and unused condition to qualify. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Buyer will be responsible for all actual shipping costs, and refunds are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
