Refund and exchange policy

CreamRight offers a refund and exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in unopened original packaging and unused condition to qualify. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Buyer will be responsible for all actual shipping costs, and refunds are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package is delivered damaged, please do not accept it from UPS. If you have taken delivery of damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and replace your order. Shipping and delivery

As soon as your order ships, your package will be issued a tracking number, and the status of your order will change from "Pending" to "Shipped.”
